Top Bing Searches 2009

2009 is nearly over and it’s always interesting to see what the top searches and top trending topics were for a given year.  Bing has gave us the top web searches for 2009 and it seems that death and turmoil took over this year.

4 Dead celebrities, 1 deadly viruses, 1 dead tv series and 1 thought to be dead missing person since 2001.

Saving the day at number 2 is Twitter, a rockin, 140 character social network with unprecedented growth. Twitter is also the most used word of 2009 according to the Global Language Monitor (GLM)
